dc.description.abstract Industry 5.0 combines human creativity with forward-thinking digitalization in manufacturing, yet digital learning in arts and crafts supply chain management (SCM) remains underexplored. This study aims to conceptually explore how integrating communal sharing with digital learning among employees, utilizing tools like mobile applications (Mapp) can enhance mobile SCM in arts and crafts. Using a conceptual methodology involving literature synthesis and proposition development, the study identifies key mechanisms through which communal sharing and digital learning can foster employee creativity and organizational innovation. It develops a digital learning model and proposes pathways for fostering creativity through inter-organizational information systems. The findings highlight benefits such as enhanced trust, collaboration, and information sharing, bolstered trading partner capabilities, data-driven insights, and creativity through collaborative ideation. This exploratory study navigates inter-organizational relationship dynamics among arts and crafts employeesto elucidate how digital learning can optimize mobile application SCM in Industry 5.0. It contributes by introducing an integrated communal sharing and digital learning approach, underscoring their synergistic effects on arts and crafts SCM in the digital age. The study concludes with a conceptual model, practical implications and future empirical research directions. en_US
