dc.description.abstract Several states of the Midcile Eastern region suffer from miserable conflicts throughout last decacles. From Israel-Palestine conflict to Syrian conflict, wide .urrg.-of internal and ex.ternal conflicts gradually intensified w-ith'out a stistainable solution that leci to the emergence of terrorism. At present, act of terrorisrn h.as spread and become more prevaient throughout the r'vhole world""Ihe main obleciive of this re-.earch is to discuss the reasons to understand rvh,v global ter- ,oiirrl still cannot be eliminated despite the already taken peaee efftrrts. The research analvses this question by using the Paul Collier and Anke Hoefler model of greed and grievances. This model is used to theoretically justify the analysis' Moreover, in this study rvhile speeches made by the lea<lers, governmellt policies ancl other primary c1i:cum.rt, u.. considered as primar,v data, journal articles, periodicais, books and online scholarll' journals are referred as secondary data. The results shorved that internal and regional instabilities of the Middle East are closei,v tied to terrorism and war economy. The world Polvers contribute to the war economv bv preparing to declare war against global terrorism as a groun<l to fulfill their self-interests such as oil, gas and transportation routes en_US
